Your choice of seasoned shrimp or steak, flat top seared with red onion, poblano peppers, and lime juice, topped with queso fresco and fresh cilantro. 

Served with a side of cilantro cabbage slaw, poblano cream, salsa, and flour tortillas(you build them).
