25th Anniversary "Summer Zest"

6% | Originally brewed in 2004, this wheat beer is brewed as a modified Belgian Witbier, with the coriander swapped out for lemongrass, ginger, and honey. Unfiltered, it has a spicy mouthfeel with limited bitterness, and a tropical/summery flavor. Orange blossom honey add a tinge of sweetness on the back end. Great with Honey Mustard Chicken Salad or Honey Pepper Salmon!
