American-style light beer (ale) - 4.1% abv.
A clean and crisp, low calorie, golden brew created for those who prefer lighter, less assertive brews.  Brewed with 100% malted barley.  Harvest Lite is one of our top 3 guest favorites.



Water Street Wheat
German-style wheat beer (ale) - 5.8% abv.
An unfiltered German-style wheat beer with the traditional banana and clove flavors and aromas derived from the unique Hefe-Weizen yeast strain.



Rochester Red
English-style red (ale) - 5.9% abv.
This deep red-colored ale is full of caramelly sweet malt flavors, yet nicely balanced with a smooth finish. Rochester Red is one of our top 3 guest favorites.



Brickshot ESB
Extra Special Bitter (ale) - 5.4% abv.
A traditional English ESB with a nicely balanced hop and malt flavor. Amber in color with a noticeable hop aroma.



Cornerstone IPA
Indian Pale Ale - 6.6% abv.
This unfiltered amber ale is packed full of hop bitterness, flavor and aroma.  IPA is the most bitter beer style and it is enjoyed by people we refer to as “hopheads.”  We dry hop this beer with a combination of English and American hop varieties for a wonderfully aromatic finish.



Paint Creek Porter
Robust Porter (ale) - 5.6% abv.
This robust porter is brewed with a lot of Chocolate malt for a rich, velvety, roasted flavor.  It is full-bodied, dark in color, and one of the brewer’s favorite beer styles.



Sacrilicious Stout
Dry Stout (ale) - 4.5% abv.
The classic beer of Ireland, this medium-bodied dry stout has strong coffee, chocolate, and caramel malt flavors balanced by a firm hoppy finish. In 2005 It Won A Bronze Medal At The Great American Beer Festival! This beer is rotated with the Milkshake Stout listed below.



Milkshake Stout
Sweet Stout (ale) - 5.0% abv.
This stout is not as bitter as the Sacrilicious Stout.  It is brewed with lactose (milk sugar) to impart a fuller body and sweeter palate.
