This new seasonal, called History Of The Mills, is a Dutch Kuyt style beer pronounced “kite”. Dutch Kuyt is a historical Dutch beer. This brew features 45% malted oats 20% malted wheat and 35% pale malted barley. The large amount of oats and wheat give this beer a soft and subtle malt character that is reminiscent of a wheat beer but with a unique fruity aroma and flavor all its own. The hops in this beer are all noble hops and add a very subtle hop aroma. This beer pours a cloudy golden amber color and has a creamy white head. This is a unique brew that is very refreshing.
