Traditional potato pancakes seared to a golden brown and served with sour cream
Pastrami salmon crostini
Cold smoked pastrami salmon, arugula, herbed Boursin goat cheese, all on a soda bread crostini
Bangers and mash
Fresh handmade sausage patties seared to a golden brown served atop garlic mashed potatoes and milkshake stout gravy
Pub style French fries topped with thin sliced corned beef, Wisconsin cheese curds, bacon paint creek porter gravy, and green onions
Traditional Irish bacon of pork loin wrapped in pork belly then slow roasted. Served over roasted red potatoes, boiled buttered cabbage, steamed heirloom carrots, and finished with garlic parsley butter
Corned Beef and Cabbage
Traditional house brined and slow cooked corned beef served with boiled butter cabbage, and steamed heirloom carrots all served in au jus.
Thin slices of corned beef, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato slices, stout marinated cheddar, and spicy mustard, all on knickerbocker rye bread
Gaelic Strip Steak
12 ounces of certified angus prime grade Manhattan steak seasoned and grilled. With herby champ potatoes, steamed heirloom carrots, and Jameson whiskey cream sauce
Slow simmered lamb, parsnips, carrots, onions, and celery in a rich gravy served over boiled red potatoes, and a warm slice of soda bread
Johnnie walker lamb shank
16 oz. domestic grass fed lamb shank braised in our paint creek porter. Served alongside herby champ potatoes, steamed asparagus, and finished with a Johnnie walker Demi glacé
A half pound of fresh lobster and shrimp sautéed in butter then tossed in a Jameson whiskey cream, served over jasmine rice, and steamed broccoli
Irish coffee Trifle
Layers of our milkshake stout brownie, Bailey’s mousse, Kahlua crème, and chantilly cream. Includes RMBC logo pint glass
